1. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, MRS Education owns the intellectual property rights for all material, course syllabi, exam questions, certificate designs, logo icons, and administrative software on mrseducation.in. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You must not republish, sell, rent, sub-license, duplicate, or copy materials from MRS Education without written permission.

2. Center Operations Guidelines

Authorized regional coordinators and local study centers agree to strictly adhere to the teaching schedules, examinations standards, and pricing schedules set by the MRS Education central board. Unauthorized collection of extra charges, falsification of student attendance, or tampering with online examinations will result in immediate termination of the partner license.

3. Website Security & Account Responsibility

If you use our coordinators, centers, or students portals, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and passwords). You agree to notify the admin panel support team immediately in case of unauthorized security access or leakage of credentials.
