Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing MRS Education. We strive to provide premium vocational computer training and support services to our partner franchises and students. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

1. Franchise Registration Fee Refund

Franchise authorization fees paid for setting up learning centers are non-refundable once the application has been processed, approved, and center code is generated. If an application is rejected by the head office prior to center code allocation, the registration fee (minus processing charges, if any) will be refunded to the bank account within 7 to 10 working days.

2. Student Admission & Examination Fee

All student admission, enrollment, and examination fees paid online via student portals or center wallets are strictly non-refundable. Once a student is registered or an exam slot is assigned, the slot cannot be cancelled or transferred to another candidate.

3. Center Cancellation Rules

MRS Education reserves the absolute right to cancel center authorizations in case of operational misconduct, violation of educational guidelines, or standard operating procedures. In the event of center cancellation due to compliance violations, no refund of setup fee or security deposit will be issued under any circumstances.
